Jett Lawrence Secures Historic Win At Indianapolis Supercross

Hunter Lawrence made a commendable return to the track, securing the 11th position in the 450SX race at Indianapolis. In a remarkable display of skill and consistency, Jett Lawrence clinched first place in all three 450SX races. This achievement positioned him as the second rider in history to sweep all three main events, further extending his lead in the championship by 21 points. The races showcased Jett's tactical prowess, with him starting second and executing a flawless pass to take the lead, although he faced his toughest challenge in the final race where the winning pass was made later on.

In the 250SX East class, Chance Hymas demonstrated potential with impressive speed but was let down by poor starts in two of the races, finishing eighth overall. The event also featured unique moments, including Tom Wood Powersports hosting a booth in the Team Honda HRC pits and Chance Hymas wearing gear inspired by Ricky Bobby from "Talladega Nights" to pay homage to Indianapolis's rich motorsports culture. Additionally, Honda employees and a PR intern from the University of St. Francis contributed to Team Honda HRC's efforts during the race.
