InfusionPoints Debuts GRC Command Center To Streamline U.S. Govt Cloud Compliance
InfusionPoints, LLC, a prominent Cybersecurity Advisory, Technology, and Managed Services firm, has recently unveiled the Beta version of its latest Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application named Command Center. This innovative application is tailored for Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) aiming for FedRAMP and Department of Defense (DoD) compliance. The introduction of Command Center is a pivotal development in InfusionPoints' endeavor to demystify the intricate compliance framework for CSPs operating within strictly regulated sectors.
Jason Shropshire, Chief Operating Officer at InfusionPoints, highlighted the evolving demands for cloud metadata protection and the necessity for a solution that automates and documents operational processes as per FedRAMP and DoD guidelines. "Command Center is our response to these challenges, offering a comprehensive suite of tools that manage the lifecycle of a customer’s cloud environment on AWS," Shropshire stated. This initiative underscores InfusionPoints' commitment since 2012 to assist customers in securing federal business through FedRAMP and DoD authorization.

The Command Center application is equipped with several key features aimed at simplifying compliance management. These include an enterprise ticketing system with automated vulnerability tracking, Continuous Monitoring objectives, an Asset Inventory, Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) forecasting, export functionality, and a secure document repository for data protection and interactive System Security Plan (SSP) management. Additionally, the application offers granular User Management to streamline compliant onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Powered by AWS and integrated with the XccelerATOr framework by InfusionPoints, Command Center ensures top-notch reliability and security. It meets the rigorous compliance standards of FedRAMP High and DoD IL5. The application also aligns with FedRAMP Modernization goals through the adoption of OSCAL for SSP and Continuous Monitoring outputs, positioning itself as a specialized solution for CSPs facing the challenges of regulated cloud compliance.
Jackson Gorman, Command Center Product Manager at InfusionPoints, emphasized the application's design to automate critical tasks such as meeting Continuous Monitoring objectives and managing documentation packages. "Automating these tasks enhances reliability, reduces human error, and allows our teams and customers to concentrate on their mission while maintaining authorization," Gorman explained.
InfusionPoints' launch of Command Center represents a significant step forward in facilitating cloud service providers' navigation through the complex landscape of federal compliance requirements. With its comprehensive toolset and integration with AWS, Command Center is poised to become an essential resource for CSPs committed to achieving and maintaining FedRAMP and DoD compliance.
