Impact Environmental Group Showcases Sustainability Milestones In 2023 ESG Report

Impact Environmental Group (IEG) has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship with the release of its 2023 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report. The 2023 ESG Report highlights several key achievements in IEG's sustainability efforts. Notably, the company has made substantial strides in waste reduction and recycling, saving 13.6 million pounds of truck tires from incineration and repurposing 23.4 million pounds of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE). Additionally, IEG's innovative Dura-Bottom Container Repair System was launched this year as part of its product development efforts aimed at reducing carbon emissions and extending the lifespan of customer assets.

2023 ESG Report Highlights

IEG's dedication to workplace safety and employee welfare has also seen remarkable progress with the expansion of the Safety Squad program, leading to an improvement in its Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR). Furthermore, the company's initiatives have contributed to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions, equivalent to removing 11,588 cars from the road for a year—an 18% improvement from the previous year.
