Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong Retains Its Prestigious Eight Michelin Stars

Hong Kong, China – In a remarkable achievement that underscores its status as a culinary destination, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong has once again secured its prestigious eight Michelin stars, as announced in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2024 on March 14, 2024. This accolade reaffirms the hotel's commitment to excellence in the culinary arts, with its restaurants receiving widespread acclaim.

At the forefront of this stellar recognition is Caprice, a beacon of French fine dining, which has retained its three Michelin stars for the sixth year running. Under the guidance of Chef Guillaume Galliot and Restaurant Director Victor Petiot, Caprice has continued to elevate its culinary offerings since 2017. The restaurant celebrated a significant milestone earlier this year, marking Chef Galliot’s 20th anniversary in Asia with an event that featured 26 chefs from around the globe, collectively holding 30 Michelin stars.

Lung King Heen, another gem within the hotel, has been awarded two Michelin stars this year. The restaurant made history in 2008 by becoming the world's first Chinese restaurant to receive three Michelin stars, a distinction it held for 14 consecutive years. Chinese Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak and Restaurant Manager Jacky Cheung have been instrumental in maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Noi, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, has risen to new heights by securing two Michelin stars. Chef Paulo Airaudo’s innovative approach to Italian cuisine, focusing on seasonal ingredients and unexpected flavour combinations, has distinguished Noi in Hong Kong’s vibrant dining scene.

Completing the quartet of honoured establishments is Sushi Saito, which has retained its one Michelin star. The restaurant is celebrated for its Edomae-style sushi, meticulously crafted under the leadership of Chef Masashi Kubota.

Christian Poda, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, expressed his delight at these achievements. "We are thrilled to achieve these prestigious accomplishments that have firmly cemented Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as a culinary mecca where innovation, passion and world-class dining converge," he stated. Poda also highlighted the diversity and collaborative spirit of their team as key factors in their success.

To commemorate this momentous occasion, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is offering an Epicurean Journey room package. This exclusive offer includes a stay in a luxurious suite, a dining credit at Lung King Heen, an innovative cocktail experience at ARGO bar, and access to the Executive Club for two guests.
