Former Starbucks Leader Kirsten Kays Appointed As Chief Program Officer At Samaritan's Feet

Kirsten Kays has been appointed as the Chief Program Officer (CPO), a role in which she will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing the organization's wide array of programs both domestically and internationally. With an extensive background in the retail sector, including a notable 20-year tenure at Nordstroms, Kays brings a deep reservoir of knowledge in strategic planning, training, operations management, and development to her new position.

Prior to joining Samaritan's Feet, Kays served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Starbucks and was an active member of the Global Inclusion and Diversity Board. A University of Washington alumna, she currently resides in Oregon but plans to relocate to the Charlotte area to be closer to Samaritan’s Feet's worldwide headquarters.
