EssenceMediacom Dominates WARC Rankings With Innovative Global Campaigns
EssenceMediacom has emerged as a standout performer in the latest WARC Media 100 and WARC Effectiveness 100 rankings, showcasing the network's global prowess in media campaigns. With 11 of its campaigns making it to the top 100 most awarded in the Media 100, the network's innovative approach to advertising has been recognized on a grand scale. Notably, its campaign for eBay in the UK, which cleverly integrated the resale platform with the popular TV reality show Love Island by dressing its stars in second-hand items from eBay, secured the second spot globally.
Another campaign that garnered significant attention was "The Missing Chapter" for P&G’s Whisper in India. This initiative, aimed at promoting period education, was ranked eighth. Additionally, "Native Sportscasters" for the World Cup campaign in Mexico, which featured indigenous language commentators, achieved the 22nd position. These campaigns are part of EssenceMediacom's strategic efforts that have led to its ranking as the third most awarded network globally in 2023.

The network's excellence was further highlighted with five of its offices being ranked among the top 50 agencies worldwide. Offices in London, Mumbai, New York, Ho Chi Minh City, and Mexico City were all recognized for their contributions to media excellence. Other notable campaigns included "Together This Ramadan" for Tesco in the UK, two initiatives for adidas - "Ozworld" and "Running while Black", and "Stay Cool When the World Cup Heats Up" for Sprite in China.
In terms of effectiveness, EssenceMediacom also made its mark in the WARC Effectiveness 100 rankings, securing the eighth position overall. The "Keep Girls in School" campaign for Whisper in India was highlighted as the second most effective campaign globally. Furthermore, "Spokescandies on Pause" for Mars’ M&Ms was ranked 14th. The success of these campaigns contributed to the New York office being named as the fourth best agency globally, closely followed by EssenceMediacom Mumbai at fifth. Other offices that received accolades include Sydney, Toronto, Istanbul, and London.
