DHL Names Tay Yi Ning To Lead Asia Pacific Innovation Center, Aiming For Futuristic Logistics Solutions
SINGAPORE - In a strategic move to bolster its innovation capabilities, DHL, a global leader in logistics, has announced the appointment of Tay Yi Ning as the new Head of its Asia Pacific Innovation Centre located in Singapore. Yi Ning is set to enhance the centre's role in developing forward-thinking logistics solutions and emphasizing customer focus. Her leadership will be instrumental in promoting innovative customer engagements and facilitating collaborative efforts with solution providers and start-ups.
Yi Ning's appointment is pivotal for DHL as she brings nearly two decades of customer relations experience within the company to her new role. Yi Ning is no stranger to DHL, having started her career with the group in 2008 within the technology business development team of DHL Global Forwarding. She later transitioned to the DHL Customer Solutions and Innovation (CSI) team in 2015 as Regional Customer Director for the technology sector. Her journey within DHL has been marked by significant contributions to strategic customer support until her recent appointment.
