CRMI Celebrates 33 Firms For Superior Customer Service; Six Achieve CEMPRO Certification
The Customer Relationship Management Institute LLC (CRMI), a leading entity in enhancing companies' revenues and profits through comprehensive Customer Experience (CX) strategies, has recently announced the recipients of the NorthFace ScoreBoard Service Award 2023. This prestigious accolade is bestowed upon service organizations that have demonstrated exceptional customer service, underscoring the importance of CX as an integral part of their operational ethos.
In addition to recognizing 33 service organizations for their superior customer service, CRMI has also highlighted six companies for their commitment to employee engagement. These companies have met the stringent requirements for the NorthFace ScoreBoard CEMPRO Award 2023, which focuses on customer relationship soft skills training. The CEMPRO award, initiated in 2010, aims to certify that customer-facing groups (CFG) possess the necessary skills to provide consistently outstanding customer service. To qualify for this award, all members of the applicable CFG must undergo training, with at least 90% achieving a minimum test score of 80% within the calendar year.

Furthermore, CRMI has acknowledged three companies for creating an employee-centric work environment, granting them the NorthFace ScoreBoard Voice of Employee award 2023. This award, established in 2020, is based on employee surveys or third-party ratings from platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed. Companies must achieve a minimum rating of 4.0 from their employees within the calendar year to be eligible. The criteria focus on several aspects including career opportunities, competitive benefits and salary compensation, training for skill enhancement, employee recognition, diversity/equity/inclusion initiatives, and maintaining a balanced home-work life.
Lastly, the institute has conferred the NorthFace ScoreBoard Triple Crown Award 2023 upon three organizations. This special recognition is awarded to those that qualify for three categories of NFSB Awards within a given calendar year. Established in 2020, the Triple Crown Award celebrates organizations that have reached world-class excellence standards in all interactions with customers, partners, and employees.
