Bob Dake Named Principal At Sterling Organization, Bolsters Leadership Team

Sterling Organization, a private equity real estate investment firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, has announced that Bob Dake has become a Principal of the firm. Mr. Dake has been a key member of Sterling's leadership team since joining and has served as Chief Operating Officer of Sterling’s retail real estate platform for the past three years.

In his role as COO, Mr. Dake has primarily overseen property management, leasing, lease administration, construction, and property marketing teams for the firm’s portfolio. This portfolio currently comprises approximately 12 million square feet of shopping centres across the United States. Mr. Dake, who sits on the firm’s six retail fund Investment Committees, will now serve as Principal and COO, helping to strategically lead the firm alongside his three partners.
