The Bentley Continental GT has once again proven itself as the epitome of luxury and performance by securing a series of prestigious awards. The vehicle's unparalleled blend of handcrafted opulence, supercar prowess, and practicality has led it to dominate award ceremonies in Europe, illustrating its enduring appeal and sector-leading status.

In Germany, the Continental GT was honored by Auto Motor und Sport magazine, which has been surveying its readers on their preferred automobiles for nearly five decades. This year, a staggering 94,000 participants reviewed 462 models across 13 categories, ultimately bestowing the Continental GT with the 'Best Cars’ accolade in the luxury import category for the fourth consecutive year.

Moreover, the luxury Grand Tourer's appeal transcended national boundaries, as it was also celebrated in Switzerland. The magazine Auto Illustrierte named the Continental GT as the 'Best Car’ in the luxury import class category, marking the second consecutive year the model has won over the magazine's readership. This achievement highlights the car's widespread recognition and the consistent admiration it commands across diverse audiences.

The Continental GT has undergone significant evolution, introducing a new design language while maintaining its iconic status. The latest iteration showcases modern design elements, such as a distinctive single headlight feature, a nod to Bentley's designs from the 1950s.

Additionally, it marks a shift towards sustainability with its first-ever hybrid powertrain, delivering a potent combination of 782 PS and 1,000 Nm torque. This 'Ultra Performance Hybrid’ model boasts an impressive electric range of 81 km and remarkably low CO2 emissions of just 29 g/km.

For those seeking heightened performance, the Continental GT Speed emerges as Bentley's most potent road car to date. It boasts an acceleration from 0-100 km/h in merely 3.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 335 km/h. This model exemplifies Bentley's commitment to pushing the boundaries of luxury grand touring performance.

Dr. Frank-Steffen Walliser, Chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors, expressed his pride in the Continental GT's accomplishments, stating, "This achievement reinforces the Continental GT's legacy as the ultimate Grand Tourer and demonstrates its timeless desirability – just as sought-after today as it was over 20 years ago when first launched.

"We are proud and honoured to have been chosen by the readers for these three prestigious awards. The fourth-generation Continental GT is a real testament of the quality of the team back in Crewe and those awards highlight the appeal of this incredible car."
