As AliExpress marks its 14th anniversary, the Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group's flagship online retail marketplace is rolling out significant updates aimed at enhancing the U.S. customer experience. In its quest to offer an unparalleled shopping experience, AliExpress is introducing several key enhancements for U.S. customers. These include faster delivery times, with Choice orders now arriving in 5-12 calendar days and non-Choice marketplace orders in 8-14 calendar days. Additionally, AliExpress is implementing a delivery guarantee that offers buyers a $1.00 coupon if their order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date.
AliExpress is also prioritizing customer satisfaction with refund guarantees for items not delivered within 30 days after shipment, arriving damaged, or lost. Moreover, the platform is making returns more customer-friendly by offering free returns on millions of items within 90 days after payment, with the first return on each parent order being free.
The mobile app has undergone a significant redesign to provide a more user-friendly and personalized shopping experience. Enhanced search capabilities and better categorization allow users to discover products tailored to their needs and preferences more efficiently.
