• Wednesday - Monday, 11 am, 2 pm and 5 pm
• Tuesday, closed.

Ticket Information : 

• Dolphin and Seal Show ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.
• Tickets are valid till 04 September 2023.
• It is recommended to arrive 45 minutes early to secure a seat.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the dolphinarium.
• Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
• A 5 AED Creek Park entry fee will be charged additionally upon your visit.

• Dolphin and Seal Show Dress Code : Casual, appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour. No beachwear allowed.

By public transportation : The dolphinarium is easily accessible by public transportation. If you are taking the metro, you can get off at the Dubai Healthcare City station and take a short walk to the location. 

By taxi : You can also take a taxi to the dolphinarium from anywhere in Dubai. It's a popular destination, and most taxi drivers will be familiar with the location.
