Plans for graduating students in 2025 were reviewed during the meeting, with several graduation decisions approved. The Board also explored introducing programmes in film studies and production. This initiative is part of SPAA's strategy to broaden its academic offerings and cater to diverse student interests.

The opening of the Academy's College of Music was another significant topic discussed. Scheduled for the next academic year, this new addition will adhere to high admission standards. The Board aims to expand music studies by offering specialised courses for young people and participating in international arts festivals.

On the sidelines of the meeting, Sheikh Dr. Sultan received a commemorative plaque from the Lebanese National Theatre Festival. The festival's third edition was inspired by a famous work of the late Sheikh Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi. A film about his life and artistic contributions was showcased during the event, with artists signing the plaque.

The meeting saw participation from notable figures such as Sheikha Hoor bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Art Foundation; Ismail Abdullah Ismail, Secretary-General of the Arab Theatre Authority; Dr. Habib Ghuloum Al Attar, Secretary-General of the Theatre Association; Dr. Peter Barlow, Executive Director of SPAA; Ahmed Mohammed Bu Rahima from the Department of Culture; Dr. Youssef Abdullah Eidabi from Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi Foundation; Qasim Istanbouli from Lebanese National Theatre; Dr. Nadia Al Hassani from University of Sharjah; and Dr. Abeer Al Jundi.
