LEAP 2025: Salesforce Announces $500Mn Investment In Saudi Arabia For AI Innovation And Local Business Growth
Salesforce has announced a significant $500 million investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasizing its focus on fostering innovation and economic advancement in the region. This investment is set to enhance local business support through the expansion of Salesforce's partner ecosystem and promote workforce development via AI skills training.
At LEAP 2025, Salesforce unveiled its plans to expand operations in Saudi Arabia, including establishing new regional headquarters in Riyadh. This expansion is in response to the rising demand for Agentforce, Salesforce's digital labor platform, showcasing the increasing need for AI-driven solutions in the region.

With the introduction of Hyperforce in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Salesforce aims to revolutionize local businesses and talent pools. Hyperforce, Salesforce's advanced platform architecture, allows for the running of workloads locally on a distributed public cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering trust among users.
Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, expressed his enthusiasm. "We are entering a new era where autonomous AI agents working with humans are transforming workforces and businesses across the globe," Benioff stated.
"With Agentforce, Hyperforce, and our global partner ecosystem, we are empowering Saudi organizations to deliver unprecedented levels of productivity, growth, and customer success."
To further support the development of AI skills in the region, Salesforce is collaborating with several leading firms, including Capgemini, Deloitte, Globant, IBM, and PwC. These partnerships aim to extend Agentforce's capabilities in Saudi Arabia, offering customized solutions to businesses and fostering enterprise growth. Agentforce is designed to augment teams with autonomous AI agents, enabling companies worldwide to scale efficiently.
In line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, Salesforce is dedicated to training 30,000 Saudi citizens in AI technologies, with a particular emphasis on enhancing female participation in the workforce. A notable partnership with Princess Nourah University (PNU) in Riyadh, the world's largest women's university, focuses on providing AI education and workforce development opportunities for female students.
Dr. Ala Alluhaidan, Dean of Development and Quality Deanship at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, praised the cooperation with Salesforce. "We are thrilled with our cooperation with Salesforce. This investment not only underscores their confidence in our vision and capabilities but also paves the way for groundbreaking advancements in education," Dr. Alluhaidan remarked. "Together, we are committed to fostering innovation, empowering our students, and making a lasting impact on society."
Salesforce's investment in the Kingdom also encompasses enhancing Arabic language support, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to AI-driven transformation and workforce development across Saudi Arabia. This initiative aims to tailor Salesforce's innovative solutions to better meet the specific needs of the local market and its user base, ensuring a more inclusive and accessible technological environment for all.
