RTA And DLD Sign MoU To Enhance Integration Of Smart Mobility And Real Estate Services In Dubai
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration aims to enhance integration across mobility, real estate, and logistics services. The agreement focuses on data exchange and developing secure, user-friendly digital services aligned with Dubai's vision for customer-centric public services.
At the signing event held at RTA’s headquarters, key figures such as Ahmed Mahboob, CEO of Licensing Agency at RTA, and Majid Saqr Al Marri, CEO of Registration and Real Estate Services Sector at DLD were present. The MoU seeks to improve service quality in Dubai by adopting best practices from local, regional, and global standards.

The agreement supports Dubai's strategic objectives for smart infrastructure. It aims to improve customer experiences through initiatives like the 360 Services model. This model integrates government services with platforms like the Dubai Now app. The collaboration also aligns with environmental and economic goals by optimising resource use.
Ahmed Mahboob emphasised RTA’s dedication to improving service quality for both individual and corporate clients. He stated that RTA is committed to advancing smart systems by delivering advanced services and streamlining procedures. Majid Saqr Al Marri from DLD expressed commitment to supporting smart city initiatives through effective corporate collaboration. He noted that the MoU reinforces their dedication to providing unified services that meet customer expectations.
