PIF Launches Azm Training Program To Develop Saudi Vocational Talent For Key Sectors
The Public Investment Fund (PIF) has initiated registration for the "azm" program, which aims to train and employ young Saudi vocational talent in key fields. This initiative is a collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Colleges of Excellence, and ROSHN Group. The program's goal is to equip a new generation with skills that align with PIF’s ecosystem and the broader Saudi economy.
The "azm" program offers tracks in construction project management, facility management, and health, safety, and environment. Participants who complete the program will receive internationally recognized certificates and job placements. Details about registration terms are available on PIF's website.

Colleges of Excellence will manage and implement the "azm" program to ensure high-quality outcomes. ROSHN Group, a strategic partner, will assist in governance, oversight, trainee recruitment, and financing. The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation will develop training programs, attract trainees, and connect them to job opportunities.
The HRDF is committed to supporting employment-linked training by collaborating to qualify promising Saudi talent. For the first batch of trainees, this effort includes partnerships with companies like Saudi Binladin Group, Muheel company, Jasara, AlMabani, AECOM, Hassan Allam Holding, FAMCO, and Nesma.
Yazeed AlRashed from PIF emphasized that human capital is vital for enhancing local content and achieving sustainable development. He stated: "Human capital is a key component of PIF’s efforts to enhance local content and achieve sustainable economic and social development." This reflects PIF’s dedication to nurturing national talent amid rising demand for expertise in strategic sectors.
PIF has generated over 1.1 million jobs globally through its initiatives. It continues investing in educational programs like the National Automotive and Vehicles Academy and others aimed at developing skills essential for Saudi Arabia's economic transformation.
These efforts include initiatives such as the Graduate Development Program, Accelerated Manufacturing Program, and MUSAHAMA Design Competition. These programs aim to create job opportunities while fostering long-term economic growth in Saudi Arabia.
