Ministry Of Interior And MBRSC Forge Partnership For Enhanced Training And Knowledge Sharing

The Ministry of Interior has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) at its Abu Dhabi headquarters. This agreement aims to boost collaboration in training, development, and practical expertise exchange, enhancing employee skills through advanced training programmes.

Major-General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, and Salem Humaid Al Marri, Director-General of MBRSC, signed the MoU. Major-General Al Khaili emphasised the Ministry's dedication to fostering cooperative relationships with both governmental and private institutions across the UAE. He stated that this partnership aligns with the Ministry's vision of uniting efforts with key stakeholders to improve operational systems, enhance service delivery, and contribute to society's overall well-being.

Al Khaili also expressed gratitude to MBRSC for their cooperation. He highlighted that adopting best practices and enhancing national talent efficiency are crucial outcomes of this partnership. The collaboration will play a significant role in preparing human capital for the UAE’s future ambitions through specialised training programmes.

Salem Humaid Al Marri noted that strengthening ties with the Ministry of Interior is vital to MBRSC’s strategic goals. This partnership will help achieve future aspirations by empowering staff through innovative training programmes. It reinforces the centre’s commitment to creativity and innovation.

Al Marri also mentioned that the MoU would enable developmental training programmes' implementation. Both parties will coordinate efforts through regular meetings and visits to ensure successful application of the MoU’s provisions and maximise benefits for both organisations.
