MBRHE Partners With Union Co-op To Support Dubai's Low-Income Families
In a significant move towards fostering social integration and aiding low-income families in Dubai, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has joined forces with the Union Co-operative Society. This collaboration is set to bolster the MBRHE's array of investment projects, humanitarian, and social care programmes, focusing particularly on providing housing solutions for those in financial need.
The partnership entails a generous commitment from the Union Co-operative Society, which includes a financial support package of up to AED1 million. Additionally, shopping cards worth AED500,000 will be distributed to assist families grappling with financial difficulties and to support beneficiaries of MBRHE's services. This initiative underscores both entities' dedication to strengthening their relationship and working cooperatively towards common objectives that positively affect beneficiaries' lives.
Mohammed Hassan Al Shehhi, Assistant Executive Director for Housing at MBRHE, highlighted the significance of this alliance in bolstering the establishment's mission to provide adequate housing for needy families. He expressed gratitude towards the Union Co-operative Society for its substantial contributions and its role in enhancing the stability and well-being of beneficiaries.
"We believe in the importance of strategic partnerships that benefit our community, especially families with limited income and beneficiaries of our housing programmes. This agreement is an important step towards building a brighter and more sustainable future for everyone, reinforcing the ethos of cooperation and accountability across various sectors in our beloved nation," Al Shehhi remarked.
Mohammed Ahmed Al Hashimi, CEO of the Union Co-operative Society, reflected on the agreement as a testament to the co-operative's dedication to supporting community-serving initiatives and improving the quality of life for individuals and families in Dubai. He noted that this agreement forms part of a broader series of initiatives aimed at enhancing humanitarian work and fostering a cohesive and supportive community atmosphere.
This project is a valuable addition to the MBRHE's portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at developing Dubai's housing sector. The establishment encourages the public to explore its official website www.mbrhe.gov.ae for more information on its services and ongoing efforts.
