Largest ADIHEX Edition Concludes With Record-Breaking Local And International Participation In Abu Dhabi

The 22nd Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX) concluded successfully, attracting over 379,572 visitors in nine days. This marked a 9.2% increase from the previous year. Organised by ADNEC Group with the Emirates Falconers’ Club, this year's event was the largest since its inception in 2003, highlighting its growing global appeal.

Majid Ali Al Mansouri, Secretary-General of the Emirates Falconers’ Club, highlighted Abu Dhabi's role as a hub for preserving Emirati heritage in hunting and equestrian sports. He praised the leadership's support and thanked sponsors and partners for their contributions to this cultural event. "This edition was exceptional by all standards," he stated.

Record Participation at Largest ADIHEX Edition

Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNEC Group, expressed pride in the exhibition's success. "We are proud of the exceptional success achieved by the 2025 edition of the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition, which exceeded all expectations and set unprecedented records," he said. The event drew experts from 15 sectors and heritage enthusiasts worldwide.

The exhibition featured eight falcon auctions, four before and four during the event, attracting top bidders and professional falconers. Over 60% of next year's exhibition space is already booked, indicating strong interest from exhibitors. This growth underscores ADIHEX's status as a global platform for cultural exchange.

Due to this year's success, ADNEC Group will organise the Al Ain International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition at ADNEC Centre Al Ain in November. Many companies have shown interest in participating in this inaugural edition, reflecting Al Ain's importance to hunting and falconry heritage.

Saad Al Hassani, Event Director of ADIHEX, noted that this edition strengthened its status as a prestigious global platform for cultural exchange. "This edition succeeded in consolidating the exhibition’s status as a prestigious global platform for cultural exchange," he remarked. The event featured 46 elite falcon breeding farms offering high-quality falcons.

Diverse Participation

This year's edition welcomed 2,068 exhibitors from 68 countries across 15 sectors like equestrianism, falconry, hunting, fishing, camping, arts and crafts. New sectors included Souq, Knives, Arabian Saluki, and Camel sectors. The live Arena hosted competitions like Falcon Beauty Contest and International Dog Show.

The exhibition saw record-breaking participation with over AED 2.199 million in sales from eight auctions held before and during the event. Camel auctions also generated AED 1.7 million in sales. This diverse participation marked a turning point for ADIHEX.

Future Ambitions

The Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition will return to ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi in 2026 with greater ambitions to showcase regional heritage and introduce innovations in hunting sports. Building on this year's success promises an expanded programme with more international exhibitors.

Al Dhaheri expressed gratitude to leadership for supporting cultural heritage preservation initiatives like sustainable hunting and environmental protection: "The wise vision of UAE’s leadership reflects ongoing commitment to preserving cultural heritage." He appreciated everyone involved in making this event successful.
