Kuwaiti Information Minister Praises UAE's Media Capabilities During Arab Media Forum Visit

The Kuwaiti Minister of Information and Culture, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, highlighted the UAE's significant media capabilities. He attributed this to diligent efforts and strategic planning. His remarks came as he welcomed Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Office and UAE Media Council, to Kuwait for the Arab Media Forum and the GCC information ministers' meeting.

Al-Mutairi praised the UAE's advanced media landscape, noting its professionalism and innovative approach. "We welcome the UAE as a guest of honour at the Arab Media Forum, which is a deserved selection that reflects the UAE's prominent position on the Arab media landscape and the influential role of its media institutions in promoting cultural and intellectual dialogue and developing fruitful media content," he told KUNA.

The minister emphasised Kuwait's dedication to strengthening media ties with the UAE. This commitment stems from a belief in media's role in fostering societal awareness and shared Gulf values.
