Khalifa University KUEC And Rabdan Academy Sign MoU To Enhance Education And Training In SSDEC Sectors
Khalifa University of Science and Technology's business arm, Khalifa University Enterprises Company (KUEC), has partnered with Rabdan Academy. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on education, research, and training in Safety, Security, Defence, Emergency Preparedness, and Crisis Management (SSDEC). The MoU was signed in Abu Dhabi by Prof. Ebrahim Al Hajri, James Anthony Morse, and Amal Nasser Al Jabri.
Prof. Ebrahim Al Hajri highlighted the benefits of this partnership for Rabdan Academy. He stated that Khalifa University's academic and research strengths combined with KUEC's entrepreneurial capabilities will enhance both academic and vocational education. This collaboration aims to integrate these elements effectively.

The MoU also sets the stage for internship programmes that will provide students with practical work experience. Prof. Al Hajri noted that these internships are crucial for students to become part of a skilled talent pool sought by employers.
James Anthony Morse emphasised the strategic importance of this partnership in strengthening integration among UAE's higher education institutions. He believes it contributes to an advanced learning ecosystem catering to the evolving needs of SSDEC sectors.
