This agreement aims to boost Emiratisation in the private sector, with a focus on logistics. The collaboration seeks to create more job opportunities for Emiratis through specialised training programmes and direct engagement with private companies.
The MoU includes initiatives like customised vocational training overseen by Dubai Customs. These programmes are designed to equip Emiratis with skills for specialised roles in logistics. The EHRDC will also help match qualified Emiratis with job openings, providing ongoing support for career growth within private firms.

Sultan Al Mansoori, Chairman of the EHRDC, stated, "This partnership empowers our mission to increase Emirati representation in the private sector. By joining forces with Dubai Customs, we are laying the foundation for an effective and sustainable model to empower Emirati talent and ensure their active participation in key sectors such as logistics."
