Emirates Health Services Debuts New Digital System For Enhanced Partner Collaboration
Emirates Health Services (EHS) has recently unveiled an updated version of its electronic system designed to streamline partner relationship management. This innovative system aims to improve communication and collaboration with partners across the public and private sectors at local, regional, and international levels. The initiative is a testament to EHS's commitment to fostering strategic partnerships and broadening the scope of cooperation through joint agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with various entities.
The launch of this system is a critical component of the EHS's "2023 - 2026 Innovation Strategy", specifically under the Innovation Ecosystem pillar. The strategy focuses on enhancing the healthcare service system by fostering strategic partnerships that facilitate the acquisition and exchange of experiences and expertise. With over 130 partnerships, including nearly 37 countries and global institutions, along with more than 95 local collaborations, this system is poised to significantly improve partner relations and streamline partnership processes.

Dr. Yousif AlSerkal, Director-General of EHS, underscored the importance of this development in enhancing transparency and efficiency in managing partner relationships. He noted that the new system represents a significant leap forward in improving organisational communication, managing projects and initiatives jointly, and formalising MoUs. This advancement is crucial for achieving EHS's strategic objectives and supporting the nation's healthcare sector.
Fatema AlWali, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at EHS, elaborated on the system's features. The platform includes tools for registration, partnership application submission, electronic MoU management, real-time project monitoring, collaborative initiatives tracking, and partnership progress evaluation. It also boasts advanced communication features and an intuitive user interface for secure information exchange.
This digital platform is a cornerstone in EHS's ongoing efforts towards digital transformation. It aims to enhance integration with partners, increase partner satisfaction levels, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of joint activities. Ultimately, this system is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation in healthcare services and elevating the quality of healthcare provided.
