4 Days to FPS25: Dubai Prepares to Host Future PropTech Summit
In less than a week, Dubai will host one of the region's most anticipated real estate technology events. The Future PropTech Summit 2025 (FPS25) is scheduled for October 14–15, 2025, at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, Dubai.
Thousands of professionals from real estate developers and investors to technology firms and policymakers are expected to attend. The summit is pitched as a platform to explore how innovations in AI, IoT, blockchain, and related technologies are reshaping the built environment.

Core Themes & Agenda Focus
The conference is structured around several key themes: Sustainability & Green Initiatives, Digital Transformation in PropTech, Smart Cities & Urban Innovation, Fractional Ownership & Tokenization, AI in Real Estate, regulatory frameworks, and investment models.
One highlight is the Startup Pitch/ScaleUp component, which offers newer firms a chance to present their solutions before potential investors.
Exhibitors include companies working in 3D visualization, EV infrastructure, operations centralization, and more. For example, Moderlab will display immersive 3D co-design platforms, and EVMERGE will showcase EV charging infrastructure tailored for real estate settings.
Why Dubai?
Dubai's real estate and infrastructure sectors have long been among the more receptive to technology-led disruption. The emirate's government has pursued policy experiments in blockchain, urban innovation, and regulatory openness factors that make it a natural host for a summit of this kind.
One article linked the summit to Dubai's push toward property tokenization and fractional ownership, reflecting a belief that lower-entry investment models may broaden participation in real estate markets.
Logistics & Participation
● The event runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM across both days.
● There is a free visitor pass option for general attendees.
● Organizer listings state that over 3,000 professionals are expected to participate.
● Booths and exhibition spaces span startups and established firms alike.
For Dubai and the UAE more broadly, hosting FPS25 reinforces its ambition to be a global testbed for PropTech. Success could attract further venture capital and talent. But observers will watch closely whether policies and infrastructure keep pace with the technological expectations set on stage.
The city that bridges East and West will become a crossroads for real estate's future. The real question is whether the ideas exchanged will outlast the two days, and begin transforming how we build, own, and manage property.
