Dubai Welcomes The 17th Edition Of Arab Plast International Trade Fair In January 2025
The 17th Arab Plast International Trade Fair will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center from 7th to 9th January 2025. Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, this event will focus on plastics, recycling, petrochemicals, packaging, and rubber industries. It aims to bring together over 750 exhibitors from 35 countries.
Participants will include UAE exhibitors alongside international ones from Austria, China, Egypt, Germany, Italy, India, Korea, Switzerland, Vietnam, Jordan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. The fair will highlight products and technologies shaping these sectors' future while promoting sustainability goals.

Prominent companies such as Borouge, KEZAD, AstraPolymers, and Ecopolymers from the UAE will be present. Additionally, Tasnee and Advanced Petrochemical Company from Saudi Arabia will showcase their innovations. These industry leaders aim to demonstrate advanced technologies in plastics and petrochemicals that align with sustainability standards.
Nadhal Mohamed Kadar, Exhibition Director of ArabPlast, highlighted the event's significance in presenting cutting-edge technologies across various sectors. He stated that the fair serves as a platform for industry leaders to introduce technological solutions and AI techniques that enhance future sustainability.
Farah Abdul Hamed, Media Director of Arab Plast 2025, emphasised Dubai's strategic position as a gateway to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She noted that since its inception, ArabPlast has been an ideal venue for manufacturers and businessmen seeking new opportunities in these regions.

This year's edition aims to consolidate participation from diverse countries through national pavilions representing 12 nations. The event will provide a comprehensive view of advancements in plastics and related industries while fostering international collaboration.
