Dubai Holding Launches Early Careers Programme To Nurture UAE's Future Leaders
Dubai Holding, a global investment firm with a presence in over 30 countries, has introduced its Early Careers Programme. This initiative aims to attract and develop high-potential talent. The programme builds on the success of the Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme and offers two entry points: an Internship Programme and a Graduate Programme. These provide structured development for students and recent graduates.
The Early Careers Programme is part of Dubai Holding's strategy to create a workforce ready for the future. It aims to empower upcoming leaders to succeed in a changing economy. Through immersive learning, exposure across sectors, and mentorship, this global initiative seeks to establish meaningful career paths while supporting national talent goals.

The programme consists of two tracks. The Internship Programme, starting in June, offers UAE-based undergraduates up to 18 weeks of real-world project experience, professional mentorship, and industry exposure. The Leaders of Tomorrow track begins in August and is a 12-month graduate programme focusing on leadership through functional placements and a capstone project.
This graduate programme is open to recent graduates from both the UAE and abroad. It reflects Dubai Holding’s dedication to attracting global talent for development. Participants gain hands-on experience, executive mentorship, and foundational skills aligning with the company's commitment to nurturing UAE talent for long-term success.
Fatma Hussain, Chief People Officer at Dubai Holding, stated: "At Dubai Holding, we believe that building tomorrow starts with investing in talent today. The launch of our Early Careers Programme is a strategic step towards nurturing a pipeline of homegrown leaders who are equipped to drive sustainable impact across the UAE."
Dubai Holding operates in 10 dynamic sectors, offering young professionals diverse career pathways. This allows them to explore their passions while developing cross-functional expertise. The programme supports participants with hands-on experience and executive mentorship.
The Early Careers Programme not only aims at individual growth but also aligns with broader national objectives for talent development. By fostering skills that meet future demands, it ensures participants are well-prepared for long-term success in various industries.
