Mark Napier from Dubai World Trade Centre stated that Gulfood 2026 sets the strategic direction for the F&B industry as the first major international event at both Dubai Exhibition Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre.
This dual-venue expansion covers 240,000 sqm, creating a connected environment for buyers to source goods efficiently. It serves as a strategic anchor to unlock new opportunities across high-growth areas in the food ecosystem. New exhibiting nations include Ghana, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kurdistan Region, Luxembourg, Maldives, Qatar, Rwanda, Slovakia, Sweden, and Uganda.
Influential pavilions from Egypt, India, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Türkiye and the USA will expand significantly. New exhibitors like Choco and Bustanica will join from various sectors of the food ecosystem.

The Dubai World Trade Centre will host sectors such as Beverages; Dairy; Fats & Oils; Meat & Poultry; Power Brands; Seafood; and Gulfood Startups. This reflects the rapid growth of the global F&B startup ecosystem.
