CBRNE Hub Unveiled By ADNEC Group To Enhance Global Defence Strategies At IDEX And NAVDEX 2025
The ADNEC Group, in partnership with the Ministry of Defence and Tawazun Council, has introduced the CBRNE Hub at the 2025 International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) and Naval Defence and Maritime Security Exhibition (NAVDEX). This initiative, organised by the Chemical Defence Command of the Ministry of Defence, aims to create a global platform for collaboration on defence strategies against CBRNE threats.
Located in Hall 14 of IDEX, the CBRNE Hub is designed to encourage innovation and knowledge sharing. It brings together leaders, experts, decision-makers, and companies to develop strategies against Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive threats. This platform offers a unique chance to engage with industry leaders and explore advanced solutions.

The hub will feature discussions on emerging trends and challenges in CBRNE threat management. Renowned global leaders and specialised experts will present solutions for preparedness and response. The initiative also includes training programmes and workshops to equip professionals with essential skills for managing CBRNE incidents effectively.
Participating companies will showcase cutting-edge products and technologies. These include tools for detection, monitoring, containment, risk mitigation, digital solutions, and unmanned technologies aimed at countering CBRNE threats. The hub is expected to attract military leaders, experts, specialists from 13 countries, as well as representatives from 38 companies and institutions.
The Chemical Defence Command collaborates with various authorities like the Civil Defence Authority and NCEMA to organise awareness workshops. These sessions aim to educate attendees on CBRNE threats while fostering creativity and networking opportunities among participants. The goal is to enhance cooperation in global security preparedness.
The CBRNE Hub will address chemical threats through impact mitigation strategies such as containment and decontamination. It will also focus on biological weapon threats by emphasising monitoring and rapid response measures. Additionally, it aims to improve radiological detection capabilities while tackling nuclear threats through detection, containment, and emergency response strategies.

Explosive threats will be assessed with strategies outlined for neutralisation and mitigation. High-profile international participants are expected at the hub including military leaders, defence experts, industry professionals alongside Ministers of Defence. This gathering aims to drive innovation while strengthening strategic preparedness in global security.
