The necessity of adapting content to maintain its global appeal while ensuring it resonates locally was emphasized. This requires a profound understanding of the target culture to produce texts that can bridge cultural divides effectively. Storytelling, particularly in filmmaking and cinema, was highlighted as crucial for connecting original works with their audiences through successful adaptations.

Quality over quantity was a significant theme, with the Congress urging publishers to maintain high standards to build trust and credibility. This approach also supports benefiting from intellectual property protection, encouraging creativity, creating job opportunities, and exporting cultural works.

Artificial intelligence's role in content creation was another focal point. The Congress discussed using AI to produce local content that preserves cultural identity while achieving global reach. Additionally, integrating AI tools in education could enhance critical thinking skills and adapt teaching methods for a future where technology is seamlessly integrated into learning environments.

The event also called for exploring new models of content creation and consumption that align with changing consumer preferences, particularly among the youth. Encouraging collaborative efforts to deliver creative content in an era dominated by artificial intelligence and big data was seen as essential.

Finally, the Congress highlighted that creators should not only produce creative works but also embody values through their productions. This involves being prepared to produce content using diverse techniques to address the shortage of Arabic content, whether through translation or original intellectual property.

The third International Congress of Arabic Publishing and Creative Industries has set a clear direction for the future: innovation, quality, and adaptation are key to enhancing the contribution of cultural sectors to economic growth and global cultural exchange.
