Arab Youth Centre Signs Two Strategic MoUs With BRIDGE And Visioneers To Empower Youth In Media And Innovation
The Arab Youth Centre has entered into two significant Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) at the BRIDGE Summit 2025. These agreements with "BRIDGE" and "Visioneers" aim to boost Arab youth involvement in digital media, innovation, entrepreneurship, and creative industries. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to create an ecosystem that supports young people and prepares them for future challenges.
The MoU with BRIDGE focuses on enhancing the presence of Arab youth on both regional and international stages. This collaboration seeks to develop joint programs that integrate young talent into key sectors like media, innovation, and technology. The goal is to ensure their contributions are pivotal in shaping emerging industries.
Through this partnership, a unified framework for scalable initiatives will be established. These initiatives aim to foster an innovative media environment and open new creative pathways for youth. Both parties intend to elevate the global representation of Arab youth, highlighting their role as active contributors to the future of media.
In addition, the agreement with Visioneers Group focuses on empowering young content creators by providing them with essential tools and platforms. This MoU includes long-term initiatives that enhance Arabic content quality and advance youth skills in innovation and storytelling. It also aims to create a more professional environment for content creators.
Visioneers Group is a major platform for content management in the UAE, comprising 21 companies including New Media Academy and Billion Followers Summit. Their collaboration with the Arab Youth Centre opens new opportunities for Arab talent to express their visions within a competitive digital ecosystem.
Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the BRIDGE Alliance, highlighted that this strategic MoU marks a pioneering step in empowering Arab youth. He stated that it aligns with the UAE’s vision to equip young Arabs with necessary skills for leading roles in shaping regional and global futures.
Strategic Collaboration Goals
"This MoU creates a shared framework for launching sustainable initiatives that give youth greater visibility at regional and international events," he said. "Arab youth do not need someone to speak for them—they need someone to empower them to speak to the world in their own voice."
Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, Minister of State for Youth Affairs, noted that these collaborations strengthen Arab youth's presence globally. He emphasised that BRIDGE Summit serves as a platform showcasing youth capabilities in digital media while partnerships broaden empowerment pathways.
Supporting Young Content Creators
Dr. Laila Freidon, CEO of New Economy Academy under Visioneers Group, commented on their commitment to supporting young Arab content creators. She stated that they aim to develop sustainable media initiatives elevating Arabic content while fostering an environment driving innovation and creativity.
The MoU also involves participation at BRIDGE Summit through a pavilion representing Arab youth identity. This space showcases innovative projects from across the Arab world and includes areas for partnerships and MoU signings.
A podcast studio has been launched within the summit by the Centre, broadcasting episodes featuring inspiring youth produced by participants of the Arab Youth Podcast Training Programme. These conversations will reach wide audiences through various media platforms.
