These will race over a 100-kilometre desert track that involves four laps through Al Dhafra's soft sand dunes. This setup tests competitors' skills in speed and endurance. Participants come from various countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and others.

Notable competitors include Healy Honour and Sone Schaffler from South Africa in the motorcycle category, Tracy Pia Zgheib from Lebanon also on motorcycles, Emilija Gilaznienkė from Lithuania in buggies, and Noura Al Jasasi from the UAE in cars. Their participation adds a competitive edge to the event.
